Let’s Eggsercise! An Easter themed workout.

  1. Cut out 10 strips of paper.
  2. On each piece of paper, write down an exercise.(Feel free to substitute as you see fit (haha!) )
    • Push-ups
    • Planks
    • Burpees
    • Wall-sits
    • Jumping Jacks
    • Squats
    • Lunges (both sides = 1 rep)
    • Sit-ups
    • Torso Twists (both sides = 1 rep)
    • Star Jumps
  3.  Fold each piece of paper in half.
  4. Randomly place the strips of paper into different colored eggs.
  5. Pick an egg and do the assigned number of reps for the exercise you chose. (For planks and wall-sits, multiply that number by 10 and do it for that many seconds. So if you choose green, that would be 5 x10, or 50 seconds.)
    • Green= 5
    • Pink= 10
    • Yellow= 3
    • Blue= 7
    • Purple =2
  6. Keep going until you have completed all 10 eggs. If you want an extra challenge, scramble up the papers and do another set or four!
